Why quit a habit when you can replace it?

Okay...this man is either texting in bed with his outside clothes on...

Or on his phone right before he's going to sleep.

Either one...not a good habit to have.

But I'm not here to tell another man how to live. Far from it (you do you man).

What I am here to do is ask you a question.

Do you have any bad habits?

Coffee. Smoking. Biting your nails. 7 too many cold ones after dinner?

Again, I'm not here to judge you....or make you feel like siht.

Not at all. I want to tell you something I just heard that I thought was really liberating.

Wanna know what it was?

You know what...I'm gonna rant about this because I like this idea that much.

You ready?

Quitting a habit is nearly impossible, but replacing a habit is much easier.

Think about that.

How many people do you know who try to outright quit something. What is it called? Cold turkey? Boom. Done. It's over.

Isn't that crazy when you think about it?

Have you ever completely quit something with that much ease?

Now I know it works for some people. One of my best friends quit smoking cold turkey. It worked for him. But not so much for all my other friends.

Cold turkey is hard. Really hard.

Or imagine drinking 6 beers everyday after work for 10 years...and then quitting that.

Or buying coffee from starbies every morning before work.

Or schmokin' a bowl every night before bed (sorry guys but weed is addictive).

Your body is used to these rewards if you do them every-single-day. There's no doubt about it. Everyday, your body awaits this dopamine rush...and it gets pretty pissed if you don't give the network of blood vessels and grey matter what it wants.

So why go cold turkey and put your well-being at stake when you can replace it with something more healthy....and something your body will approve of?

Okay, I'm not saying switch from cigs to a vape. Or from Budweiser to Bud light. Or from Starbies to Coffee Bean...no.

But I am saying...

From beer to non-alcoholic beer. Or starbies to folgers (if its a money issue).

Why not replace the bad habit with something that doesn't cause you pain?

But the pains can be different...

Money

Health

Time

They're all different.

But I'm positive you can find something to replace your bad habits with. You just gotta look.

If you're on keto this might help.

Read on.

Subject line: Quit carbs without actually quitting carbs

Giving up a habit is one of the hardest things in the world.

You’re body and mind are both fixated on the habit...and you’re conditioned to need it...all the time.

Quitting something you do everyday is like taking out the carburetor from your car. It feels like something is seriously missing...and the smooth performance of your car turns into a trembling mess...

I’m sure you've felt this way before. Maybe it’s been coffee. Or biting your nails. Carbs?

And when you don’t allow your body to indulge in the habit... you notice it. Your body fights back. Your mind starts to play tricks on you. And you feel your performance suffer.

But there is a way around this…

Because quitting a bad habit is nearly impossible...but replacing a bad habit is far easier.

And if you’ve been struggling to break the carbohydrate-shaped-ball and chain around your ankle...I feel your pain.

It can feel like the whole bloody engine falling out of your body...

The physical suffering….the mental unease...and the agonizing head pounding that never..ever..ever stops (!!!)

The worst part?

If you don’t have anything to reduce the pain from quitting a bad habit...the pain will continue.

But just like any broken carburetor...you can always find a replacement.

And my key dough baking mix is the perfect carb replacer.

Best part?

It tastes better than the the bad habit...but with fewer carbs than the ‘non-keto’ stuff. So you can keep going keto-strong.

If you want to do it the hard way and try quitting your old-carb-habits completely...good luck to ya.

But if you’d rather do it the easy way and replace carbs with a healthier and keto friendly alternative...then you know where to find my [PRODUCT NAME].
